Easter is here and this year due to the situation we are preparing something different. Along our menu we will be serving a beef soup with liver dumplings, or you can have for an appetizer a TRESKA-fish salad and of course something special ROASTED DUCKLING with cabbage and dumplings. To all our customers and friends, Koliba is going on our yearly vacation of 2 weeks, starting Monday August 6th to the 20th of August. We will re-open on Tuesday August 21 at our regular time 3 PM. Personal of Koliba would like to wish you all joyful rest of the summer and hope to see you all when we will come back from our vacation. Thanks for your support.

This weekend we have sauerkraut soup with klobasy, also beef soup with liver dumplings, goose pate for an appetizer, beef with tomato sauce, Fried Flounder with choice of potato, Fried Camembert cheese also with potato, and you can try our new espresso coffee. Come to enjoy good home made cooking.

Just a reminder, if you like wild game meat we will have it for you next weekend, come and enjoy our once a year specialty.

This weekend we can offer you a lentil soup with klobasy, home made meat loaf with condiments or with cream sauce or cabbage and gravy. We also have beef with horseradish sauce and dumpling or you can choose any dish you desire from our full menu. Please come and enjoy true home made cooking.

This weekend special we prepared beef soup with liver dumplings, grilled chicken breast over mixed salad, chef's salad or Sauteed pork liver with fries and tartar sauce. As always you can choose from our regular full menu.

Weekend is here and we have our specials ready for you. Split pea soup, chicken paprikash or home made meatloaf with any sauce, or served cold with condiments. The whole menu is available so that you can have your favorite dish. Do not cook at home in hot weather and come to Koliba to enjoy good home made cooking.
