I hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving. I so appreciate all of the support for our business and we thank each of you that have trusted and worked with us. Lots of updates coming on shared service, digital strategy, growth and a whole new idea for the credit union industry on market place lending. John Best of B.I.G consulting is a big part of those plans.

Our team has been busy. We just completed phase 3 of a shared services project for LSCU and the NYCUA. Their new model is a wonderful alternative to merging. Thank you to Patrick and Bill for their trust. We are also working on a new shared services project for three credit unions and a new digital lending strategy for credit unions. Our partner John Best of B.I.G is an incredible thought leader in this area and many other aspects of credit union technologies. We are fortunate to work with him.

What a wonderful week. Started with speech on strategy at the CUNA Board round table, then to Greensboro for some more strategy work, then to DC for a NAFCU webinar on shared services/collaboration and finally to Atlanta for some more shared service work. The world is changing for credit unions, we can help you move your business aggressively forward.
