It’s important to brush your teeth 2 to 3 times a day. Spend at least 2 minutes each time. During those four crucial minutes each day, make sure you’re not harming your teeth or gums from brushing too hard. Instead, focus on technique. Be sure to get all surfaces of your teeth, not just the surface closest to your cheeks.

Here's some fun for your newsfeed today!
The holiday season is known for indulging in sweet treats and sugary snacks. Candy canes, Christmas cookies, and holiday drinks such as hot chocolate, eggnog, and apple cider, can put your teeth at an extra risk for decay. Be sure to enjoy these tasty treats in moderation and try to avoid constant snacking during the day. After eating, a good tip is to rinse with water to help remove some of the sugary residue left behind. As always, make sure that you are brushing at least two times a day, and don't forget to floss!!!
Even if Santa's not watching, we are! Treat your teeth right during the holidays!
