Fox Meadow Springtime Honey and Mid-Summer Honey now available at the farmstand.

Finally our Cantelopes are ripening up and ready to harvest. Tomatoes are also ripening finally. Lots of Spaghetti Squash is available as is KKF Jams and Fox Meadow Honey. Fox Meadow Honey is produced right here on East Hubbell Hill, doesn't get any more local than that.

Farm fresh chickens will be available Thurday 8/20/20 thru Saturday 8/22/20 for anyone interested in Fresh, whole roasters. Call or text me at 845-332-9448 to order and schedule to pick up. Cost is $6.50 per lb. After Saturday they will still be available frozen. We do still have a limited quantity of quartered chickens available frozen.

Local raw honey now available at Kountry Kubby Farm. Fox Meadow Honey from the Reich Family here on East Hubbell Hill. It doesn't get any more local than that! Find it in the glass case with our Kountry Kubby Farm Jams.

Yesterday's fresh harvest...

Harvesting some really nice quality produce at Kountry Kubby Farm. Summer Squash, bell peppers, asst. hot peppers, cukes, Spaghetti Squash and now Cantelope!

This mornings harvest of Zucchini and Yellow Squash. Tomato's, and a variety of other squash (spaghetti, acorn, etc.) are coming along but not ready yet.

Plants are growing nice in the new garden area behind the farmstand except for the Cabbage plants that got eaten by a Woodchuck. Chilli peppers are almost ready to harvest. Tomatoes are a few weeks away.

This week’s snackable, heavenly Cheese Board To-Go features some of everyone’s favorite classics; and this one’s heavy on the New Yawk! 5 Spoke Creamery Welsh C...heddar (like no other cheddah you’ve evah had), and a creamy Chaseholm Farm Camembert from Dutchess County, come paired with summer favorite strawberry rhubarb jam from Kountry Kubby Farm in Margaretville. This time we added a sweet treat of pie draw de chocolate - toasted Largueta almonds, rich chocolate, and a dusting of cocoa powder for the ultimate crunch. Need we say more?
