Good morning.. we are thankful to have made it ONE YEAR TODAY.. We are especially thankful to have met all of you and appreciate all the support everyone gave local businesses during these trying times. Unfortunately this will be our last month. January 23,2021 will be the last day to get your bomb burritos . We tried to stay afloat as long as possible but we opened a few months before the pandemic hit . which as we all know hit restaurants & bars the hardest. ... We end our journey sad but grateful. We are grateful for our customers that would tell us they save one day a week to order from kozy ,even though money is tight for all. Grateful for all the laughs we had at the drive thru window & for the customers that became friends. We are blessed to have met so many wonderful people. Minturn Bridge Food Truck Park We are especially grateful to minturn owners for supporting us through these difficult times and wanting nothing more then to help us succeed. The property is beautiful & kozy ,as well as the customers enjoyed eating at the picnic tables lakeside. Thank you all for your support,friendship and well wishes.
