To all my State Farm Customers: Since Monday, 02/15/21, at 1pm EST, the extreme weather issues across the south and west have crippled the infrastructure in that area and cut off communications for all State Farm Systems country wide. This is unprecedented and we have no timeframe on fully getting our systems back. This affects our ability to access any insurance or billing systems.
