People always ask me what’s the best food for their health? Or how can they prevent cancer & heart disease? That question, no offense to those who have asked, literally drives me insane. Because I & other preventative clinicians and doctors have a strong idea of the answers for once. However, most people actually are not READY to hear it. ... There is a major knowledge deficit going on about our diet / nutrition intake in this country and it hurts to see. Educate yourself people because we live in a world where the NUMBER 1 leading cause of death (cardiovascular disease which includes - strokes, heart attacks, high blood pressure, aneurysms, blockages, atherosclerosis & more) is actually able to be reversed and can be completely prevented. Everything in moderation yes is key but overwhelming your system with antioxidants will forever be anyone’s Gods natural way of healing itself. There is too much research on it. The problem? Preventing illnesses means less money, less jobs in pharmaceutical and in the end less salary for healthcare providers. We have years before this country ever changes IF it ever changes, but your change can start today. Please educate yourself.

Making homemade pizza has always been a favorite tradition of mine. Mastering the art of it is actually so challenging!
