We are offering a virtual 60 minute yoga class tomorrow at 8:30am, and a 60 minute IHP class Friday at 8:30am through Zoom. Our email server was havin...g issues this afternoon around the time when I sent out the info, and we have been getting word that not everyone has received their email. If you want to take class on either or both days, and didn’t receive the info email, please comment below and I will get you the Zoom username and password.
