Congratulations to former Kumon Student and Paralympian Mikaela Jenkins for winning 2 gold medals at the 2021 Tokyo Paralympics this past August! One of the Kumon Math and Reading Program's main goals for students is to help them excel in academics so that they can dedicate extra time to their passions outside of the classroom. After Mikaela's time attending Kumon of Newburgh in Indiana with Instructor Sanju Jairath, she was able to do just that. This goes to show that the sky is truly the limit for all Kumon Students. There is nothing quite like watching our fellow Kumon alumni pursue their passions to achieve their dreams. Again, congratulations, Mikaela! https://www.wthr.com//531-8eb5bf79-d431-4af5-bff4-56389c36

When you hear someone say, "Practice makes..." your mind probably automatically finishes the sentence with "perfect!" That’s because it’s a universal truth; everyone knows that you cannot perform a skill perfectly unless you spend many hours, days, months or years practicing it. At Kumon, we believe "Practice Makes Possibilities." What kind of possibilities? Mastery of skills, confidence and perseverance are among the many benefits of regular practice. Click the link to learn more about what we teach through practice and how Kumon opens up more opportunities for students to excel in school and beyond! https://bit.ly/3pQaB3I
