Book Recommendation: This offering by Goolrick is well written, dark, sultry, desperate, poetic, and concludes in a very interesting and satisfying way. It's ...has a few twists and some very despairing circumstances, but Goolrick writes in a full-bodied style, and I had to keep reading to the end. I'll be bringing it back to Bob's Books, Music, & Consignment and see what else I can find! See more

Just a few shopping and visiting days left until we close for the winter months! Boy, we will miss you! Here are our open hours thru then: 12/17-20, 12/24, 12/26-27, and finally...12/31. OK, kids. Bob's Books, Music, & Consignment has just received a small, but nice collection of LPs. In that collection are about 20 KISS records, which we are ...asked for constantly, but never have them (or if we do get them, their trashed already). They are priced according to when they were recorded and their condition. It might make a great holiday gift to yourself or a friend, but you have to get here! Thursday to Sunday 11-2:30. Also in the collection, Heart, Eagles, Pat Benatar, Hall & Oates, Ratt, and more. Lots of 45s as well, an original Disc Washer in the box (you have to be old enough to remember this), and a 4-CD boxed set of The Hobbit. See more
