Hi All! I’m so excited to host tonight! A few questions came up, here are some answers: Q: do I need to donate? A: NO! This is optional for the 50/50 portion for this session and helps support my small business. The jackpot is already up to 4 entries though, may the odds be in your favor! Q:Do I need a yoga mat?... A: NO! You can use a towel/mat/or bare floor. We will have our faces near or on the floor so best to have something on the floor Q:Do I need a block or strap or any kind of yoga props? A: No! If you feel like you will need assistance with some of the stretches, you can use a towel, cord, bathrobe tie for a strap and pillow, large canned good for block. OR: we can modify to use nothing at all Q: what do I wear? A: whatever you are comfortable in! We do ask if you’re going to share your video feed with the group that you not naked Q: Will others be able to see me? A: not if you don’t want them to! If you’re shy about sharing, it can appear on your screen as just you and I! Q: do I need to link my computer to my TV? A: NO! You can even follow along on your phone!
