David brings to the restaurant years of experience at some of the finest restaurants in NYC and the region. A graduate of CIA, David has collaborated with some of the leading Chefs of our time. Upon completing his studies at the top of his CIA class David received the first externship with legendary Chef Gilbert Le Coze at Le Bernardin. This experience launched a career that has seen the Chef play primary roles in such iconic restaurants as River Café, Gotham Bar & Grill, David Burke & Donatella’s, Brasserie Ruhlman alongside world renowned Chef Laurent Tourondel and Cite where he ran the kitchen for 10 years. Chef David is joining us from Harvest on Hudson where as Executive Chef for the past seven years he bought farm to table dining to new levels.
