Alyssa has taught her a lot including what works best for her and her clients, troubleshooting, the basics of a russian manicure, Alyssa's secret tips and tricks to a successful long lasting gel mani, hands on learning and more! ... Alyssa is encouraging any clients who aren't able to get in with her to make an appointment with Chantal. YEAH 2020 IS OVER!! Thank you all so much for bearing with us through these crazy transitions this past year. WE CANNOT THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT DURING THIS PAST YEAR... WE TRULY HAVE THE MOST AMAZING CLIENTS Just wanted to make you all aware of some changes for the new year There will be a new simplified pricing structure for ease of booking online and with your favorite stylist. We ask that tipping is always done in cash. You will be able to add tips to credit cards again but as a last resort. Cash is always very much appreciated. We will be adding a 3% surcharge to all credit card transactions to offset the fees incurred. Also we have updated our NO-SHOW and last minute cancelation policy. Please keep in mind these ladies work by commission and due to these current circumstances its hard to fill an appointment slot last minute. Please be considerate and give us as much notice as possible to cancel or change your appointment. We really really appreciate it! NO-SHOW and last min cancelations will be a fee of 50% the service unless it is COVID/ILLNESS related! Thank you for understanding
