Community Nights at the Lacona Stage

Lacona and Sandy Creek communities are small but powerful. Feel free to use our Community Nights page as a tool to share important information as we move forward. Below is some information that we think is useful to you. We will try to keep this list up to date as things change in the area. But please note that we are not the decision makers of this community just trying to pass along important information, all of which can change in an instant. The Sandy Creek School Distric...t is closed to all students starting March 16th. If you are a parent of a student, please fill out their survey pertaining to meal delivery through the closure. You can also stay up to date at their Facebook page. Sandy Creek Central School District If you are in need of food or supplies contact The Friendship Shop or the Sandy Creek Food Pantry located behind the shop. Hours are currently 9-3:30 Monday thru Friday. Check their Facebook page for additional information. Friendship Thrift Shop The Soup Kitchen will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:30 to 1:00. The Ainsworth Memorial Library is still operating under their normal hours. Annie P. Ainsworth Memorial Library Tops and Dollar General are still operating under their normal hours although supplies are low.
