F 4 5 T R A I N I N G - What I’ve been up to for the past few months! GUYS I’m a gym owner now Fitness has been apart of life for many years and especially being someone who loves sweets it was always important for me to hit the gym 3-4 times a week. I visited @f45_training_williamsburg last year and was hooked! I knew I wanted own one myself. Fast forward to April 13th of this year and that’s exactly what we did. Thanks to this team behind me we are open in Park Slope and providing what I believe to be the best workout program ever. Check us out! G L U T E N F R E E We get a lot of request for gluten free cakes and always feel bad when we have turn those request down. Now I’ve decided to start testing out some recipes! We don’t offer them yet, but this delicious coconut cake with vanilla buttercream frosting will be the first one on the list! My whole family devoured the cake. Even my husband who is my biggest critic when it comes to my cakes (in a good and supportive way) said it was awesome. T E X T U R E When I first started making cakes I took every order that came my way. I just wanted to practice all the techniques in the hopes of finding my style. Eventually I started to enjoy certain designs over others. I’m not sure I’ll ever find my style but I sure do love textured buttercream. It’s a subtle visual element to a simple cake.
