My ten hens laid 28 big dark brown eggs over three days this week! Very easy keepers and the most friendly birds I've ever raised. Golden Comets are perfect for a first-time chicken wrangler or families with small children. $3.50 per chick....call 315-658-2211 to reserve yours today!

GREENHOUSE UPDATE:
Mornin' everybody...Dan's mostly in the greenhouse now, and Paul & Mary are filling orders in the store. We're all running and jumping nonstop like the runty kid in dodgeball class, with no time to respond to Facebook comments. Please call us instead with your questions. If you can't get through, we're either 1) loading someone out back, 2) on the other line, or 3) using the bathroom! Keep trying, you'll get through. THANK YOU, EVERYONE for keeping us busy!
Shopping for garden seeds is frustrating when you can't peruse the goods inside the store. Rest assured, we are well-stocked and we'll sell you the best varieties. If you need carrots, Mary will select Chantenay or Imperator for you. Nobody here is gonna stick you with a packet of Danvers Half-long. Unless you WANT Danvers Half-long.
Life goes on: The juniors helping Dan in the greenhouse. Learning to plant, water, and pinch wasn't so bad. Learning the history of country music 1970-1990 was torture

Here's curbside pick-up in action! We ring you up at the back door and then bring your goods out on the loading dock. And yes, we WILL load your vehicle for you! The system is working pretty well...biggest problem is our customers can't browse the vegetable seed. You'll have to trust us to choose the best varieties of carrots and cabbage for you! You guys have all been very cool about all this. We can operate like this indefinitely....like a nuclear sub so we'll get through this and be back to business as usual when the threat has passed.
