I feel the need to clarify, as this is coming up a lot right now. Chiropractors are considered to be part of essential services in this corona virus epidemic a...nd are allowed to remain open for emergency acute visits for existing patients as per the New York State Guidelines. This is not for routine visits or maintenance type care. It is up to the individual practitioner to decide the risk and they are ALLOWED to close if they feel that that is too high to offset the benefits. Be kind people, please do not make assumptions or judge..... you do not know the story or the reasons why people choose to stay open or close. Just accept it if an office is closed and find another place that is open if you have the need to see someone. None of us want to be closed, it is a financial disaster for most as we are all self employed and not sitting home collecting monies from our employer. Again, stay calm, stay kind, stay home, and the time will come where we can all return to what it is we do best. See more

We held out as long as we could. We are putting the safety of our staff and our patients first and have decided to temporarily suspend operations until April 6...th at the earliest. We will modify this date as things progress and change. This was a very difficult situation and I tried to balance the benefit of chiropractic against the risk to not only myself and my team, but to all of you who trust us to keep you safe and healthy. I am not afraid of Corona, however the chance of an asymptomatic person spreading it now is very real and widespread. I believe this is a HUGE wake up call to all of us to start taking care of ourselves by eating nutritious whole foods, getting daily exercise of some kind, keep your spine aligned and nervous system functioning optimally and getting off your phone, tablet computer to remove stress and angst. REMEMBER the body has the inherent ability to HEAL ITSELF given the right tools. I see so many friends and patients spend the whole day on their electronic devices, with no other stimulus or activity. Not only does that affect the brain negatively but it also has severe physical consequences as well. Changing bad habits takes time but one change can make a huge difference. A positive attitude is a first step, there is so much anger and negativity out there about this virus. Let it go folks, it damages your brain and your nervous system. Focus on what YOU can do, what you have control of and how to make this situation lighter, brighter and easier on everyone. We are all struggling financially and no one is exempt from the fall out of this pandemic. I am in the same situation. I am trying to wait it out and stay calm, positive and reasonable. Not easy, but so much healthier for me and for all of you. We will continue to supply you all with all of the nutritional supplementation that you need to fight off this virus and stay healthy. So far, our combinations have worked fabulously and people are WELL and HEALTHY. Call the office if you have questions or am interested in the products. I will be checking in with videos and posts that may brighten your day and share things that will stack the odds in your favor to stay healthy through this crisis and the many that will be sure to follow. I send you all my white healing light and hope that kindness, compassion and empathy surround you and keep your heart open and healthy.

Good morning to all. Amidst all of the fear and uncertainty of our world as we know it, there are a few things that are known to help boost your immune system n...aturally. I am adapting to our ever shrinking world but live by simple healthy principles. I follow these every day and it keeps me healthy and positive even in such trying times. BELIEVE you will stay well. Mental attitude is so important. Anger, fear, finger pointing and blaming is FUTILE and counterproductive at this stage folks. Concentrate on what you can do for yourself, for your family and for your community in productive safe ways. Check on your neighbors, make sure everyone around you is ok. We are all in this together. GET ADJUSTED!!!! Keeping your nervous system functioning optimally helps you and your immune system in so many ways. A tune up now may be the necessary boost you need to stay out of harms way during this crisis. Our office is taking every precaution to provide a safe, sanitized environment so you feel comfortable making and keeping your appointments. EAT WHOLE FOODS- real foods folks. Vegetables, fruits, healthy grains even on a budget are affordable. Not frozen pizza, French fries, soda and chips. Perhaps this is a huge wake up call to our overfed undernourished nation that you truly are what you eat. If you live on poor quality high sugar processed foods, your body does not have the tools it needs to function optimally and fight off viruses such as this. Convenience is not an excuse for eating poorly. Fast food and take out have become the norm for so many creating an epidemic of obesity and all sorts of health issues that put people in high risk categories for viruses like this. Those who treat their bodies correctly have a huge advantage in times like these. GET CLEAN FRESH AIR AND SUNSHINE- difficult here in the northeast but get outside, in safe spaces to absorb immune boosting vitamin D and away from indoor air. No need to be around others , your own backyard will do in this case. Parks are open, get out there and play with your kids, have some adventure while adhering to the safe distancing principles. We want to stay protected but still get outside. DAILY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IN YOUR PAIN FREE ZONE- a healthy body and mind are necessary for life. There is no better way than to get up and get moving. Within your own limitations (and yes, each of us has a comfortable workout zone), 30 minutes of daily exercise is priceless in benefits. No shaming others here, not everyone is suited to run or go to boot camp or Zumba!!!! Walking briskly is great for everyone, dancing to your favorite music is fantastic safe and easy. Make it fun, love your self and get moving. GOOD QUALITY SUPPLEMENTATION- we carry a variety of superior grade immune boosting supplements that are invaluable at times like these. I personally am using several natural and Whole Foods products to protect and enhance my body’s ability to defend itself. Boosting your immune response can easily be done through the proper supplements. It is a scary time for all but these are a few ways to stack the odds in your favor. It is never to late to make changes. This is not the last virus or disease they will rock our world. Now is the time to make a commitment to becoming better equipped you fight off such pathogens without becoming seriously ill. If you have questions lease call my office 315/677/0107 and I would be happy to talk to you. Peace, kindness and calmness to all on this Tuesday morning.

Spending time outdoors resets our brain, releasing endorphins and helps relieve stress and depression. It takes our minds off this unnecessary and hysterical frenzy regarding the corona virus. Taking in and appreciating the beauty around us helps me stay grounded positive and grateful. Yesterday was a glorious day here in CNY.
