Congratulations to misty. This sweet spruce-pequot mare has been adopted by a loving family from Sherman NY. She is finishing g up her genteling and then will go to her new home. What a blessing one year ago her herd was rounded up in an emergency roundup because of no water she faced certain death or live out years in a holding facility after round up. Now she is going to be a loved member of her families fur babies!

This beautiful 7 yr old black mare from debils garden herd area started her genteling yesterday. She will be available for adoption/rehoming in a month or two when genteling is completed. I call her raven, she is super sweet and going to be the kind of horse that is willing to do anything for a loving and trustworthy partner. She is very stout built like a dog bar quRyrr horse mare I used to own- she has great bone, solid feet and a very easy keeper. Private message me for more info.

Some more pictures of our new arrivals. They have had a week to settle in and will begin genteling process today or tomorrow. Names will come this week.

LEMF update: after 15 long hours of driving into the snow storm last Wednesday to pick up the four latest additions, I thought an update was in order. We have three 7 year old geldings from the remote and highly sought after fifteen mile herd management area of Wyoming. These gentleman are so very handsome and I look forward to having the please of gentling them. And one black beauty from the popular Devils Garden Herd in California. Once they have been transitioned into domestic life and started the training process they will be offered to approved adopters and all proceeds go into feeding and transportation costs for then next group of American mustangs in need.

Tears of joy for me right here folks.

December 2 these 3 guys will make a final stop at Lake Erie Mustang Foundation all the way from Wyoming and begin their journey to a new life. After the genteling and training process they will be available for adoption.

Update on Donte: he had his first ride under saddle yesterday and he was awesome! I mounted and dismounted about 3-4 times swung my leg over three times and eased into being led at the walk . He was a very good boy. If I remember I will try to get on film today for ride number 2!
