We cannot thank Pier Fifty-Three Brick Oven enough for their generous donation! The wings were out of this world! And that’s coming from a guy that loves smoking his own. The pizza was fantastic as well. Nothing like wood fired pizza. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

Our Monthly meeting will be held this Thursday March 4th at our groomer barn on the corner of 104 and fifth road. We will be having our elections and the positions up are Vice President and 7 BOD seats. We will be providing Pizza and Wings courtesy of Pier Fifty-Three Brick Oven. When offered to pay for the food Bryan Ritter insisted that he donate it!! His generosity to our club and community is very appreciated!! Food will arrive between 6:30-7 so come early and fill your... belly! Hope to see some new faces!!!

TRAILS ARE CLOSING TONIGHT. Due to the warm weather (obviously) we are going to close our ENTIRE trail system tonight at midnight. We had a good run this year and hopefully will get one more before she’s done! As always please respect our club and our landowners and stay off of the trails!! This Thursday March 4th is our next meeting 7:30 at the groomer barn on the corner of 104 and fifth road. This meeting is our election meeting as well. Would love to see some new faces!

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM CLUB PRESIDENT As this snowmobiling season came upon us I had very high hopes that we would see more of our fellow riders obey the signs ...that keep us safe, on track, and our landowners happy. Once again I was disappointed. We have fought over and over again to keep our trails open with our landowners who want to close them due to the blatant disrespect. We have tried more signs, red tape, snow fence, posting on FB asking to please not ride there, and nothing has worked. After a long discussion with our officers and board members we have decided to notify the Wayne county sheriffs office, state police, DEC, and park police to please keep an eye out especially in some specific locations. These officers can issue tickets to anyone who does not ride between the signs. This trend needs to stop and we as Lakeshore Riders ACTIVE members have had enough.

UPDATE: The tucker was out all day yesterday along with the LMC in Marion. Almost our entire system was groomed in two days. The LMC is headed back to the barn for some more repairs and the Tucker has been through to the junction in Savannah and down the port Byron connector. It’s currently on its way to clyde, Lyons, brantling, and then back to the barn. We plan to continue to groom until there’s nothing left to groom so get out and ride!!!
