Important Update to Our Office Policy Lam Family Foot Care understands that this is a confusing and trying time for everyone and we would like to reassure our patients that we are doing everything we can to help eliminate the spread of COVID-19 while still providing you with our best service. We are OPEN and operational and have been deemed an essential service per the state guidelines. We have taken every possible precaution to keep everyone safe. Here are some of the saf...ety measures that we have implemented: Spacing out appointments to minimize the number of patients at one time Conducting temperature and health checks of all patients prior to entering the building Requiring all patients and staff wear protective gear such as masks or face coverings We ask every patient to call our office when they arrive to our parking lot for their appointment. Please remain in your car until our staff instructs you to enter the building. Please note that walk-ins will not be allowed. This is to ensure your own safety as well as the safety of other patients and our staff. We bring each patient into a private room from the parking lot after conducting their temperature check, asking the appropriate questions and ensuring that they are wearing a mask or a face covering. Please come alone to your appointment as having extra people in the office compromises the safety of our patients and staff. If you are sick, please DO NOT come to your appointment. Please call us and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment to another time. We follow recommended guidelines for cleaning and disinfection between appointments. Together we can make this process work safely for all We will continue to monitor the state and federal government updates to provide you with the most up to date information as well as the safest services during this time. Your health and the health of our staff is the most important to us! We thank you for your patience, cooperation and understanding.
