ConnectLife set up shop at our station today for a community blood drive. Our employees and members took time to donate blood today as well as members from the community. At our location today we had nearly 20 donors in 3 hours which is awesome!! Thank you to everyone who took time to help save lives today!
Today is the day. Stop out and donate blood!
LVAC crews took advantage of the nice weather in between calls to do some spring cleaning. Later in the evening we had to hit up the @thevillagescoopicecream for some well deserved #icecream and we are super appreciative of the citizen who paid it forward and took care of our bill! We appreciate it more than you know! #ems #paramedic #paramediclife #emt #emtlife #emslife #ambulance #instagood #payitforward #clean #windowcleaning #squeakyclean #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #grateful

LVAC is a unique combination career and volunteer not-for-profit EMS agency that provides Paramedic Advanced Life Support services 24/7 to the Towns and Villages of Lancaster, Alden, and Depew. Remember, whenever you need us, help is on the way!
Yesterday evening Lancaster Ambulance, along with Bowmansville Volunteer Fire Association and Millgrove Volunteer Fire Department were alerted to the NYS Thruway for an EMS call. The situation was dynamic with changing events during response. It quickly turned into a multi-jurisdictional event involving Clarence Fire Company, Clarence Center Vol Fire Co., Twin City Ambulance Corporation, Mercy Flight, Erie County Sheriff's Office, and New York State Police. The team work of multiple agencies made for the best outcome of a serious situation. Good job to all!
Blood donations are in high demand! LVAC will be hosting a Blood Drive at our station on April 1st from 3pm-6pm. Please consider donating and helping to save lives! ConnectLife
Reminder that we are hosting a blood drive on April 1st from 3-6pm. Hoping to have at least 12 donors! Come out and support our community as the blood bank is currently only at a 2 day supply!
Anyone able to donate blood, please consider! Blood donations are always in need. Help save lives in our community!
DreamSeat FireHouse Furniture did a wonderful job furnishing our day room. With COVID challenges we needed to update our furniture for our crews to provide them with an anti-microbial surface that is easy to clean. A few finishing touches await, including a new 10 person table for our kitchen/dining area.
LVAC sends our deepest sympathies and condolences to Millgrove Volunteer Fire Department as they mourn the untimely passing of EMS Lieutenant Beckie Eleczko.
There is nothing better than receiving these kinds of messages, and letting our crews know the positive impacts they have on peoples lives even when they aren’t aware of it! To our curly haired crew member, who’s patience made this persons day, we thank you!
Mr. Rogers never steered anyone wrong, and honestly we rather not see broken humans in our ambulances due to poor NYE decisions. Please be safe tonight, don’t drink and drive. It may not kill you, but it might kill someone else. Uber, Lyft, sober friends. There are always alternatives! Let’s have a beautiful day in the neighborhood, tomorrow!
Crews change at 6:00am. At crew change we check and clean our equipment to make sure it’s ready at a moments notice! Taking pride in what we do, all day, every day!
Congrats Chief, on your retirement from BFD! Mike is a long time per diem EMT with Lancaster and is celebrating his well deserved retirement tonight after 24 years serving the City of Buffalo.

From our family working tonight, to all of the families throughout Lancaster, Alden, and Depew we wish you a Merry Christmas, and a happy healthy holiday season. We are here 24/7 when you need us most!
We send our thoughts and prayers over to our fellow clinicians at Twin City Ambulance Corporation as they mourn the loss of one of their own. Our deepest sympathies to Sarahs family, her husband Jeff, their friends and co-workers.
