I’ve been living down here for 3 months and have yet to do any sight seeings or adventures!! So yesterday was the beginning of changing all that. 1st stop was Cohoes falls, absolutely beautiful spot. There was a ariel photo of what it looked like in 1966 , and it’s astonishing how much it’s changed sense then. Can’t wait too see what’s next weeks endeavors. @ Cohoes Falls

This is my favorite photo of me! It was when i reached my goal of reaching 180lbs and was my biggest size yet. But i was struggling mentally, so there was no balance. So i focused more on my mental side, and lost the physical. I can say today that i have found a way to contribute too both. In 30 days i’ll be showing the world but having complete control of your life can look like. Still SelfMade New Goals Get Out My Way
