New major changes are going to happen in the world of Medicaid for Nursing Home and Community Home Care Medicaid and more. I would say that if you know anyone looking to apply they should start the process now rather then later. The new rules are changing from a 3-month look back to a 2.5 year look back for community Medicaid which can potentially hurt any case if yo...ur not carefully planning. The good news is that they’ve delayed the look-back From April 2021 to January 2022. However, there are still many factors in determining your eligibility.
