Is a CNY kitchen really a CNY kitchen if it doesn't contain maple syrup? This month we're celebrating the sweet treat with a display in both our main entrance a...nd our children's area. Today's throwback picture (c.1980) features teacher Andre Lepine as he instructs student David St.Pierre about boiling sap to make syrup. Lepine retired in 1986 after 31 years of teaching students in the Ag program and advising the Future Farmers of America program. A beloved teacher, after his retirement a scholarship was created in his name to further student's education. We also hear he had a notable laugh. See more
