We’re almost there ladies

We’ve been extremely cautious on opening up to-go. We took a hard stance in the beginning and have sat back and observed how all this has played out. Our main t...hought & concern was for the community, and more immediately, our employees. Given Branca Midtown’s location, we felt it was best suited to offer to-go. We have come up with a program that is responsible as it can be, and one we are all comfortable with. Our employees will be safe and our measures in house ensure our guests are looked after. Lastly, we really wanted to be proud of the food once you unpacked it at home. We came up with a menu that is meant to travel and can be consumed in the few days after it’s ordered. I couldn’t agree more. I’m spending this year dialed in, with less distractions and as much focus as possible on making my business the best it can be...Last year I felt myself slipping, pregnancy, having a baby, and life took over (well of course, building and raising a human isn’t a piece of cake!) along with the unexpected turns life can bring. I’m so motivated now at this point in my life, to be the best version of myself. After all, it’s my first little one who pushed ...me to do this at the very beginning, now I’ve got 3 girls looking up to me. I can’t let them down. I think it’s important to be honest, and let everyone know that no one is perfect, we all have stages in our lives like this. So many people want to always paint a perfect picture. But it isn’t the truth. We’re only human and the hard stages in life help us grow. What really matters is getting back up, even stronger than you were before.
