Don't be a victim. Know your rights if you're confronted by ICE! Information/flyers in the links provided are available in multiple languages.
Brought to America as an 8 year old, he struggled, "pulled himself up by his boot-straps", earned his degree, and has no criminal record. After being rejected for a job offer, he made the mistake of taking a 45 minute drive to Mexico to see his grandmother. Because of that, he lost his #DACA status, has been in detention for 11 months, and contracted Covid-19 as a result. This is why your vote matters. Don't reward cruelty, draconian laws, or an administration that goes ou...t of their way to punish those who improve our nation. You can check your voter registration at: https://www.vote.org/
Congratulations to all those with (or eligible for) #DACA status! The Supreme Court has determined the program will continue. If you or someone you know is interested and qualify (see below), contact our office for further assistance: 1) Were under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012; 2) Came to the United States before reaching your 16th birthday;... 3) Have continuously resided in the United States since June 15, 2007, up to the present time; 4) Were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012, 5) Had no lawful status on June 15, 2012; 6) Are currently in school, have graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have obtained a general education development (GED) certificate, or are an honorably discharged veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States; and 7) Have not been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor,or three or more other misdemeanors, and do not otherwise pose a threat to national security or public safety. In a nutshell, if you never had DACA but qualify (born after 6/15/81, present on 6/15/07 and since 6/15/12), NOW is the time to get your application in. Be well, be safe, and God bless.
If you are a Legal Permanent Resident who passed their naturalization test/interview but your naturalization ceremony was cancelled due to COVID-19 and *don't hear from USCIS within 90 days of the offices reopening*, you should contact them via the information provided below. ...and good luck.
