Standing here in the fermentation room of our new brewery at 289 Main Street in Poughkeepsie. It's been a challenging, exciting, and sometimes scary road from our meager beginnings as we went from brewing as a hobby to forming our Kombucha company, Laughing Gut, LLC in 2018. We spent 2.5 years at the Poughkeepsie Open Kitchen, perfecting our craft while growing our wholesale and retail business. It was a great first home, but we decided to take the plunge and expand into a la...rger facility with the 2021 plan to brew larger quantities of Kombucha, gain customers, and become a contributing partner to the evolving Poughkeepsie business landscape. We will be opening a tasting room this spring and we invite Poughkeepsie and the Hudson Valley community to stop by and try our Kombucha six flavors and counting! Stay tuned for updates And most importantly, thanks and gratitude to our farmers market customers and retail stores who took a chance on a new product and share in our success.
