Merry Christmas!
Has anyone seen the new project? Who knows what Enovia Renovation and Repair is working on now?
Last months project. Before and after. Perfect timing to have a fresh kitchen just before the Holidays!
As the weather turns and I focus on indoor work I am thinking back on this job. Replacing 13 old windows with beautiful new Marvin windows. The two large ones located on the front porch were actually "doors'. Very cool feature, but completely unusable due to age and the home's floor plan/furniture arrangement. I was also able to save and re use the original hardware for the downstairs sitting room. Had lots of "help", stepped on many legos, and had lots of fun working around a great family.
Head on over to The Shoppes at Johnny Appleseed and check out their over 45 vendors. If you're there on the weekend Patrick Gilmore will be making soup and other goodies in the Cafe'. While you're there you can check out some of my own work. Installation of a beautiful entrance door and roof above with custom cedar framing, and a pair of large barn doors (built by Pat) I installed in the cafe.
Finally getting around to posting some before and after photo's of a bathroom completed months ago. Quite the change! If you like what you see, please hit the like button, it helps me grow. You may call or message me if you have anything from a complete remodel to a short list of home repairs, I'd be happy to serve you.
What's behind your patio door?
It may look like duplos/ legos but its not!! This is the beginning of warm feet for our cold winters...... and spring.... and maybe summer :)
A check stuck to the clients fridge in their absence is wonderful, but a thank you note makes it even better. Thank somebody today!
Before and after, extreme edition! I have added a photo album that shows some of the demolition and framing from this project. It's hard to believe these two pictures were taken from approximately same location, you can see their entrance door on the right.
How about a before and after picture of some repair I did to part of the sill and corner beam on our old home. First the original sill and beam was cut back to remove rot and insect damage and then new pressure treated wood was glued and screwed in place. (sounds so easy doesn't it) I know the after shot is not real pretty, but I am left without the powder post beetle and rot infested wood. And in the end it all was covered with new cedar siding. This was almost 2 years ago now!! Time flies
