Midnight in the Garden, 2020, 16 x 20, watercolor on arches paper. A time for regeneration. Closed my gallery and studio and in the process of moving and rebuilding. What will come will be a truer expression of where I need to go next as an artist, but in the meantime, I miss my studio. This piece was created in the last week of February, just before the pandemic, and is one of the few pieces I didn’t sell from this collection. ... It’s hanging by thumbtacks on my barn wall, and I can’t wait to be more settled and get it framed. Sending
