Well, The Studio is back up and running. Building the body of work! Portals into Meditation is officially complete! This is my biggest mandala ever, 20" across. I love the interplay of textures, something the photos don't do justice too! Let me know what you think! Should I go plain metal frame or simple oak or maple wood frame?

Hello all my WNY friends! I have officially completed my yoga teacher training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health! It has been a life changing experien...ce and I know I made the right choice! I am now ready and confident to teach yoga. The Kripalu method greatly encourages integration, so I can give equestrians a yoga experience to enhance their riding. This goes beyond just physical exercise and into the mind/body connections. If anyone is interested in a class or in having me come to their barn to give a class, please PM me!
