At the New York State Bar Association Annual Meeting Program in NYC, June accepted the Bar Leaders’ Innovation Award on behalf of the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys for the their Coalition on Racial Justice. Congratulations to GRAWA!

June contributed to a panel discussion at the Monroe County Bar Association that examined ways attorneys can assist individuals who cannot afford to hire lawyers for all their legal needs. The concept of "unbundled legal services" would allow attorneys to provide limited representation in courts in New York State in order to achieve greater access to legal services. June will work with colleagues at the New York State Bar Association to develop a "Best Practices" guide to assist lawyers who wish to offer such services. The resolution will be voted on this November by the New York State Bar Association.
