When I picked a jury this week in federal court in Brooklyn, Keith Sorresi was on the venire panel. Keith is the Executive Director of the Nassau County Bar Association. We have worked together on several projects. Keith told Judge Glasser that he could be fair but for some reason the prosecutors did not want him on the jury!
