We work tirelessly to provide a wholesome product 365 days a year. We care for our land, our employees and our community beyond measures. Every year we have faced an increase in minimum wage and cost of production keeps rising. We don't have the luxury of passing on our costs like most other industry's. The price we receive for our product is set by federal standards. Last year new regulation forced us to pay overtime at 60 hours. Farms have left the state, gone out of business and many more are being forced to do the same. Very sad when agriculture is the backbone of our state. Please @NYSLabor wage board #stayat60 @nygovcuomo

Cows enjoy massages on the daily! We have 2 of these automated cow brushes in each pen of animals. They help keep the cow clean and provide "the scratch factor" in those hard to reach areas. Our cows really do have the life!

It is always so fascinating to watch a seed grow into a plant, be harvested, fermented and fed out. It's quite the process! 15,000 Tons chopped, roughly 5,000 Tons left to go for this year.

Wheat! We grow soft red winter wheat, that gets planted in the fall, goes dormant over winter and harvested late July. The wheat then gets sold and is generally used as flour in pastries. The straw from the wheat is baled and used for bedding on the farm and ground up and fed to the cows.

The patter of a gentle rainfall on a window never sounded so good! Our crops, and cows thank you mother nature. Next time please don't wait so long.
