IMMIGRATION GOOD NEWS! BIDEN TO SEEK CITIZENSHIP FOR 11 MILLION UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS. In fulfilment of his campaign promises, on Day One Biden will rescind the Trump's Muslim Ban. He will ensure the reunion of those kids at the Border with their Parents. Biden will also seek legislation for those living in the U.S. as of Jan. 1, 2021, without legal status to have a five-year path to temporary legal status, or a green card, if they pass background checks, pay taxes and fu...lfill other basic requirements. From there, it's a three-year path to naturalization, if they decide to pursue citizenship. For some immigrants, the process would be quicker.
