A few end of summer musings...Although the "Summer rental season" is over, there are still quite a few Apts available to rent. Some landlords/management companies are giving concessions of free month's rent and/or paying the broker fee.It will be interesting to see if rents go down over the next months. No matter what happens, I'll be focused on staying informed and doing the best I can to help those fall/winter months apartment seekers find their places here in Manhattan.
