I had June 12th and the 19th open up in NY due to reschedules if anyone is still looking for a photographer, I’ll even throw in a deal to sweeten the pot which I don’t normally do. if you are dog people like these two then even better but not required ( slide through to see the most adorable pup who was a part of every moment of the day )

This is how I do family formals. All family no formal jk I know I don’t post it but I do the traditional posed everyone looking at the camera stuff just like everyone else but I care more about the laugher in between.

My favorite part about a wedding day? Moments when I have no idea what will happen next. Will they smash the cake into each other’s faces like savages? Will they politely feed each other? Will the cake even make it that far into the night? ( I once shot a wedding where the 6 tier cake fell over as soon as everyone was seated for dinner) what a world of mysteries weddings can be

I can still feel the warmth in this moment and the stillness of time. After their intimate ceremony deep in the Adirondack woods we followed the trail to the lake where we were greeted with much needed sunlight and warmth and the rest of the 14 guests. I think that’s the meaning of photography, to take you back.

There’s nothing more resilient than a military family

4587 miles driven in 2020 for sessions / weddings but the Olympic coast will always be my favorite

Forever shooting through people to get different perspectives

Successfully moved from the pacific north west to west Texas last week. It’s completely different in every way possible. I already miss the trees and ferns. Having nothing but rocks and dirt in your backyard feels strange and even weirder is drinking iced coffee outside with no coat on in the winter. My favorite thing about moving is exploring new photo locations and starting over in that aspect. I don’t have any desert images to show yet so here’s a throw back to the only time I ever shot in a desert. It was beautiful and I was mesmerized and now I live in one
