Enjoying my role now as a mentor to many younger career-minded individuals in our business. I am open to any calls or concerns or as a sounding board to offer advice.

I was sad to hear about the recent passing of my long time business friend, Allister McNeil. We used to talk business often at meetings and over the phone. I never knew his rich and worldly background. Rest in peace my friend. I also learned of the passing of old ORIX colleagues, Mark Lasher, Seymour Serebnick and the well-known industry veteran, Dan Ryan. Time passes quickly as it has been 15 years since the broker rediscount office ceased doing business and my start-up and continuing success of Leasing Solutions.

2016 will be another busy travel year at business conferences. I will be attending the NEFA conference in New Orleans, a great place to have fun, starting March 1. On February we will be in Fort Lauderdale for the week after Superbowl and will entertain any business matters while there. On April 29 I will be attending the NAELB meeting in Las Vegas, another fun venue. Next fall I will be at the NEFA conference in Minneapolis and the NAELB meetings in Cincinnati and Anaheim. I am looking forward to seeing many old and new friends at all these meetings.

I will be attending the NEFA 2015 Funding Symposium in Atlanta Oct 7 to 9, 2015, the Expo NJ Super Regional in Teaneck, NJ Nov 15 and 16, 2015 and NAELB regional meetings in Atlanta Sep 11 and 12, 2015 and in Anaheim, Nov 13 and 14. All are great and productive meetings for me and for anyone who attends.

Still busily involved in assisting brokers place business. I maintain relationships with many lenders at different price points and credit appetites. Closing out a good year at Leasing Solutions.

Besides our equipment finance ability, I have established relationships to finance accounts receivable, purchase order financing, as well as merchant credit card advances.

I will be representing the company at the NEFA conference in San Diego March 22 - 24 and at the NAAELB conference in Denver April 26 - 28, as well as upcoming conferences and meeting in the fall.

We recently obtained a proposal from a lender for a $1 Million Accounts Receivable line of credit.

We have an approval for a $23,000 POS system for a two year old restaurant which converted from a corporation that started in 2002 and was dissolved when an LLC was formed by the principals and it moved its t location.
