Let Your Yoga Dance Ithaca

Thanks to those who have braved the cold and dark to take part in this series -- last week's Chakra 5 class was fantastic! This week we will explore Chakras 6 and 7 through music, movement, and dance. Join us on 2/14 at 7 am at Fine Spirit Studio. This is the last class of this series!

Yes... it will be cold outside, no doubt about it. But this Thursday AM at Fine Spirit we will dance with all the warmth of our hearts. Join us, get crazy, 7 am comes and goes, might as well dance!

It's week 3! This Thursday, we'll fire it up and dance for power, strength, determination, courage, authenticity and will. Join us and wear yellow (color of the solar plexus chakra) if you are so inspired!
