Today has been a very tough day with the loss of longtime NYS Fire Instructor Grant Hall and Asst. Chief/Firefighter Peyton Morse. Instructor Grant Hall can b...e credited with educating and training many firefighters in Jefferson County over the year. Grant was instrumental in developing the fire service in Jefferson County for many years. Peyton served as an Asst.
