Statement from LGBT Network President and CEO on passage of Arkansas legislature bill banning affirming care for trans youth: Dr. David Kilmnick, President/CEO of the LGBT Network said, Shame on the Arkansas Legislature for passing one of the most draconian anti-transgender laws I have ever seen. This law is based on nothing more than hate and will have a tragic impact on the lives of many trans youth who already commit suicide at higher rates. It is our collective responsibility to reject these horrible policies, fight these laws, and let every single trans youth know they are loved.
