In searching for the right words, the reality is that there probably aren't any. Thankfully, where words fail, music speaks. To our members of color- we see you, we hear you, we grieve with you, we raise our voices with you. Please keep your hearts open to hope and know that we long for the day we can return to the safe space of making music together. You matter.

On Feel Good Friday, we want to thank YOU: our dedicated LICC singers and parents. We thank you for all you have done to help your children come to LICC rehearsals and performances before our circumstances changed. Now, we thank you for sharing our posts and sending videos of beautiful performances. We appreciate our families, staff members, and friends for their support of LICC before and during this crisis. We hope everyone is healthy and safe!

Throwback Thursday to our January 2017 concert at Adelphi University, one of our favorite venues. Look at some of these young faces who are now in our older choirs! Fun fact- this was also Mrs. Quinlan’s first concert with LICC!
