Hey Clients, We hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving Holiday! At LifeLight Massage Therapy PLLC, we believe strongly in creating the safest space possible for all of our clients and staff. Due to an increase in Covid cases and many people traveling around the Holiday Seasons, our clinic is asking to please take additional precautions.... 1. If you have recently travelled within the past 14 days 2. Attended or held indoor gatherings with people outside of your immediate household 3. You or anyone in your household is experiencing any signs or symptoms of illness Please either 1. get tested with a negative test result before your session 2. Reschedule for a virtual appointment 3. Reschedule for an in-person appointment at least two weeks after travel or gatherings. As always, we thank you for your continued support in helping us keep a safe ‘worry-free’ space. Find new ways to rel...ease and tons of tools to add to your toolbox. Delve into anatomy and the theories behind each modality. I know how difficult it can be to keep up with self-care on your own. Sometimes, we need accountability partners. That is why I have been working hard to develop a virtual self-care membership! In this membership, you will be a part of weekly ZOOM sessions where you will learn self-care massages, stretches, and functional/restorative movement exercises to help with the vigorous demands placed on the voice. We will delve into numerous modalities including Isometric Contractions, Active Isolated Stretching, Makka Ho, Cranial Self-Care, Skin Rolling, Acupressure, Reflexology, Functional Movement, and Restorative Poses, as well as focusing on releases for the jaw, neck, face, sinus, larynx, shoulders, and pelvis. AndSO MUCH MORE! Every week focuses on a new topic. In addition to the weekly virtual ZOOM classes, you will receive access to an ever expanding library of informational videos, and a private Facebook Group to discuss and create a self-caring community.
