(We will not be seeing any routine appointments (such as vaccinations unless the pet is a puppy that has not completed its series), just emergencies).... Please remain in your vehicle until called inside, this is to promote social distancing and prevent close contact with each invididual. Wait for a call to come in for your appointment. You are more than welcome to walk your pet outside, just keep in mind to stay at least 6 feet from others while walking. If you’re here for food or medications, call to pay over the phone, if you are paying by cash or check please have those prepared by asking receptionist what the price is prior to them coming to your vehicle or inform them with how you are paying so we can bring you change on first exchange. We will bring food or medications out to your car. We understand this is a time of confusion and uncertainities, just try to be patient and understanding, we are trying our best do everything we can.
