Hope you are staying safe while enjoying the Memorial Weekend. Our office is closed Monday for the holiday. We do provide e-visits through your patient portal and one of our doctors is on call if you have an emergency. We would like to remind you about your social distancing, mask wearing and hand washing to keep you and others safe as we move towards some form of normalcy. We want to honor our service members who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedoms.

Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. We want you to know that we are still here for you. We are conducting visits remotely by phone or video. This gives our patients the opportunity to touch base with your Health Provider on your current health status since last seen, review medications, request refills, discuss the need for any testing, and to address any questions or concerns from the safety of your home. If you have a cell phone with a camera or a computer with a web-cam, you can do a video visit. Otherwise, your visit can be conducted over the phone. Once again, please stay safe and healthy!

We are working with limited staff and using phone and video visits to take care of our patients. If you are on the patient portal, we also have e-visits available.
