Luis surprised Nicole with the sweetest proposal at the Hoboken waterfront this weekend. Nicole's emotional reaction literally made me tear up! Congratulations Nicole & Luis!!

Justin spent months planning the perfect surprise proposal to his girlfriend Nitasha at Rockland Lake State Park. Nitasha thought she was going to a birthday dinner to celebrate her 25th birthday. Instead, Justin lead her to a romantic spot overlooking the sunset over Rockland Lake, got down on one knee, and proposed! After the proposal, he led her to yet another surprise: a surprise party to celebrate the great news with their families. I think it's safe to say Nitasha had the best birthday ever! Congratulations, Nitasha & Justin!!

When Jackie & Piero had to change their wedding plans due to Covid, Piero's parents were kind enough to offer up their backyard for Jackie & Piero's ceremony and reception in Old Tappan, NJ. It worked out perfectly and everyone had such a great time! Congratulations Jackie & Piero!

Though Kristin & Kevin’s wedding plans had to change due to Covid, they decided to still move forward with an intimate microwedding with family at Lakewood Estate in Croton-on-Hudson. It was such a nice, intimate day, with perfect early fall weather. Their adorable puppy Zoey even got to join their wedding day! Kristin & Kevin’s eagerness & excitement was so infectious it was such an honor to get to capture their special day!

Since Shaylyn & Dylan had to postpone their wedding until 2021, they decided to have another engagement session so they could have some fresh photos for their new Save the Dates. We got lucky with perfect golden hour sunshine, cotton candy skies, and nice weather this was the perfect shoot to end summer with! Can’t wait til their wedding next summer at Windows on the Water!

When Cailen’s baby shower had to be cancelled because of Covid, they decided to have a Sip & See party instead! On the bright side, this meant that baby Paisley Shea got to attend her own party! I love this idea and love that they found a safe and special way to celebrate their new baby girl. Congratulations! Both mom & baby looked absolutely beautiful.

Surrounded by a handful of their closest family and friends, Lysa & David got married in an intimate microwedding at The Abbey, overlooking the Hudson River on a perfect summer day.

Alla thought that her & Serge were just going to The Abbey for a romantic weekend getaway. Turns out he had an even more special surprise planned! Saturday evening, during golden hour, Serge led Alla to the pergola overlooking the Hudson River & proposed! After soaking it all in, we spent the rest of the evening taking photos around the gorgeous Abbey property. Congratulations, Alla & Serge!!

Two years ago, I got to photograph Christina & Dan's wedding day. Last week, I got to take their baby girl Via's newborn photos! It's always such an honor to be able to photograph both these life milestones for my couples and witness both the beginning & expansion of their families!

I had such a great time exploring the Appalachian Trial Boardwalk with Jessica & Kevin this week I’m so glad Jessica suggested this location! It just kept getting prettier and prettier as we kept walking and it was the perfect setting for their engagement photos. Jessica looked so stunning in her flowy lace dress and these two totally rocked their shoot. I can’t wait for their wedding day next year!!

When Catherine & Evan's wedding plans changed due to the pandemic, they decided to move forward with a small, intimate microwedding at James Baird State Park with just their families. They wanted to keep 8/29 as their wedding date since Cat's grandparents got married on 8/30 and her parents on 8/31! Cat's dress was made out of the fabric of her grandmother's wedding dress (made by her great grandmother in 1947!) and she also wore some heirloom rings from her grandmother.... These two are so adorable and were just so happy & excited to be officially married! Cat walked down the aisle to one of my favorite songs from one of my favorite movies (bonus points if you know what it is!) and Evan surprised everyone with a super cute surprise ukulele serenade during the ceremony. https://vimeo.com/454128258

After dating for 8 years, Beverly & Nick officially became husband and wife at the same church where Nick asked out Beverly in 2012! I'm so impressed with how well they planned a safe & responsible yet intimate & memorable wedding amidst a pandemic. Though most of Nick's extended family couldn't attend the wedding in person due to the pandemic, they were there "in spirit" through several family heirlooms. The vintage Rolex watch that Nick wore was given to his grandfather by... his great-grandfather, which he wore every day until his passing in 1987. The Swank cufflinks that Nick wore were also passed down from his grandfather. After getting ready at their parents' houses, they met up for a traditional Chinese tea ceremony. Beverly & Nick's mothers were friends even before their kids started dating. Needless to say, they were thrilled that they ended up getting married! During the tea ceremony, it's a tradition to pass down bracelets, preferably family heirlooms rather than new jewelry. Nick's mother Angie gave Beverly the David Yurman bracelet that her husband David gave her 10 years ago. For the tea ceremony, Beverly wore the same dress that her mother Vivian wore on her wedding day! After changing into her white gown, Beverly & Nick shared their first look then headed inside for the church ceremony. Beverly's mom Vivian made custom masks for the bridal party so they could stay safe while looking classy. Beverly & Nick got married in the same church where Nick asked out Beverly back in 2012 how cute! After the ceremony, guests headed to Lexington Square Cafe to celebrate with a small reception. Friends & family still made it a special celebration with speeches and surprise video messages from guests who weren't able to attend due to COVID-19. Congratulations, Beverly & Nick!
