Linwood Psychotherapy Associates (LPA) is looking for licensed therapists to fill anticipated office vacancies, starting January 1, 2021. We are a group of independent practitioners with shared full time secretarial support in a beautiful historic building located in the heart of the Delaware District. Participation in the group means there is a financial obligation to pay for half, or all of a single office monthly rent and equal share of office expenses, which includes sec...retarial salary, for a minimum of one year. Preference will be given to those who are seeking to commit to a long term arrangement, and participation with insurance panels is a plus. Although COVID-19 has caused most of us to adapt exclusively to telehealth, we all know that this is somewhat temporary, and we have been grateful to receive significant support from our terrific secretary in helping us to transition and to keep our practice thriving. She continues to provide a number of helpful services that make it worthwhile to hold on to our membership in the group. Also, we do have plenty of extra incoming referrals to our group that may be directed to a new person who wants additional referrals to help build their practice. For those of us who are not able to practice remotely in our homes, having a professional and confidential space in which to practice telehealth, as well as face to face therapy when the time comes to open back up, has been critical to continuity in patient care, despite the current limitations.
