Congrats to Ayhan! The day we were there they had lentil soup to die for. It was too good. You really need to get some of their soups- they are perfect winter comfort food. Here in suburban NYC/Port Washington, There’s been a huge demand for short term rentals often but not always from NYC folks, from March through Labor Day- they are now difficult to find. Regular year-round rentals are moving snappily but prices are not out of the ordinary due to excess demand. I think most people will want to resume their lives, and will return to the City when they can. However, there will be a number of this group who will have experienced the more relaxed and urbane lifestyle many suburbs like ours can offer, and there will be a steady stream of buyers over the summer and into the fall.
