OK, we're into February! Has everyone done their daily purge? Listed what is out on a regular basis and shouldn't be? Next - let's go room by room and simplify to a point where a few minutes each night will keep things neat and organized!

Who did the 15 minute surface clean yesterday?? Today and tomorrow, do the same and make a short list of what items keep showing up in the "have to put away" pile. Come back and we will start a plan to simplify!!
