Went snow shoeing. Occasionally my foot went down so deep I could not pull it up and I fell. This put me in hysterics.

Jesse was one of my first group of students. Who do you think taught him to give vaccines? He has a great sense of altruism. Happy to see more vaccinated by the day! The residency program he matches to will be very lucky.

2021 is here. First run with sleet. Get moving into the new year. LH
