Good morning everyone There are a few things that I needed to touch base with everyone about, they are to no particular person. ***I am NOT taking on new grooming clients, at all. I would love to take everyone, but I have exceeded my maximum.***... I am FULL into October for grooming. I am not being mean, I’m not pushing you off, I am behind and struggling to catch up. I try to remind people to book ahead. All of this being said, with being so booked trying to accommodate as many as possible being late, last minute cancellations, and no call no shows are no longer being tolerated. When you are late, cancel last minute, or no call no show, you are taking away from someone else that could have come. There has been a substantial increase in these occurrences. If you are 10 minutes or more late, you have lost your appointment spot and will be asked to reschedule. Cancelling last minute will require a deposit of 50% before booking your next appointment. No/call no shows will be asked to pay for their missed groom in full before a new appointment is scheduled. I understand things happen, please try your best. I appreciate all of you, so very much. Let’s all work together to get through this crazy life these days! You’re the best, Mindy

Good morning! Due to my son having this nasty stomach bug that is going around. The kennel will be closed today for grooming. For those grooming clients that I have not heard back from, please reach out so we can reschedule your pups appointments. I will be in and out for boarders. Good Morning Little Valley Kennel friends. Due to pre-scheduled grooming appointments and Dr appointments for our son. The rest of this year is fully booked for grooming :(. I want to thank all of my clients for a great year. If you would like to schedule grooming appointments after the new year definitely reach out to schedule those appointments. I want to thank everyone for the kind words and prayers. Eli was diagnosed with Nephrotic Sydrome. It is an uncommon disorder, involving the kidneys, and that they dont know why it happens in children. It will require 3 months of treatment. Along with testing along the way. We are relieved to find out it is not life threatening and he should recover but it may take time. Thank you again for all of your prayers and thinking about us. It has been the scariest 24 hours of our lives. The kennel will be open tommorow for clients. Thank you again everyone :)

Due to a medical emergency with our son, the kennel will be closed tommorow 11/13. My kennel assistant will be in and out of the kennel caring for dogs. Boarders dropping off please contact me with a drop off times, so we can correlate when my assistant will be there for drop offs. I apologize in advance to all of my grooming clients with appointments tommorow for any inconvenience. We may need to stay in Burlingrin Wed night and I may have to also reschedule Thursday grooming appointments, we will know more by tommorow afternoon. And I will definatly reach out to those who have appointments if we need to reschedule. Thank you everyone for your understanding.

Hello Fur Baby friends. I just wanted to make a quick announcement. If you believe your fur-baby may be coming up due for a grooming. I recommend booking now. I am fully booked until the 2nd week of August with that week filling up fast as we speech lol. Although I wish I could squeeze everyone in the schedule it has been difficult doing so being the only groomer. I groom 6 to 7 dogs just myself 3 days out of the week and 10 to 12 with an assistant the other 2 days. I want to... insure that every pup goes home with the best fur cut possible. I apologize in advance for those of you that we have had to push out due to this busy time of year. Many clients make their appointments ahead of time, this insures that they have a grooming spot already. For those clients that choose to wait to see when their pups may be due again may not make it into the schedule until 3 to 4 weeks out. I appreciate all of your support and patience.I have the best fur baby clients. At this time I am only accepting established clients for grooming and hope that some space opens up for new clients in the future. I am still accepting new clients for boarding though.
